Is this worth to have a new born specialist?

Hello! My parents are here, our baby is 4 weeks, and we are currently researching daycares and night nannies (now called new born specialists) and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how many nights per week we should have the nanny come?

We're completely in the dark here - no idea if we should plan to do 2 nights or 5. We also aren't sure if they should come for 8 hours (the minimum) or 10? I will also mention that we have no family in the area and for the purposes of this question, assume no budget limit. We really just want to figure out how to best balance our sanity/sleep with everything else we have to do as new parents.

I'll also note that our intention is to breastfeed during the day and bottle feed at night for this reason. But this is still TBD, we may have to switch to formula depending on how the baby takes to the milk and of course how the milk production goes.
