Six by Nico is a themed restaurant that changes their menu every month. This month's theme, in celebration of Valentine's day, is "Once Upon A Time". 

As they said it: “Once Upon a time, in a kitchen far far away, the Six by Nico chefs worked night and day… whisking pots and pans full of pops and bangs!”

Course 4 – Danny, Champion of the World

Sea Trout, Smoked Bone Veloute & Dill Dressing, Artichoke, Sea Herbs, Bergamot Gel & Salted Cucumber

Course 5 – The Ugly Duckling

Duck, Leg Boulangere with Pickled Walnut, Salsify, Pear & Fig

Course 6 – Beauty & the Beast

“THE LAST ROSE PETAL” 

Mascarpone Creme, Rose, Hibiscus & Rhubarb, Lemon Chocolate Aero

The menu was really well thought out. Although it doesn't taste super special or memorable, I love the restaurant's concept. 

Warning tho: they serve food VERY slowly. Expect to spend at least 2 hours in there.

👍🏻Score : 6.5/10

Would revisit? This is my second time here and I still feel like there's nothing too special about the menu, so probably not :) But if you're looking for a fun, concept dining experience, you'll like it!
