My go-to snack on break

when I only work til 2, I usually eat something small like this, but it still has protein and nutrients to get me through my shift. when I work 10 hour shifts, I'll eat an actual meal, I'll make a post about that tomorrow, maybe.

the drink is just a diet coke out of Fizz City, which is free when you're on the clock or on break as an employee at sheetz.
