We discovered Cuban food many years ago in South Florida. It's one of the world's great cuisines, and so easy to prepare.

This meal cooks for 4-5 hours, so the whole house smells delicious!

And…it still tastes fantastic reheated, so we cooked enough for 2 extra meals. Great after a long workday when nobody feels like cooking dinner.
