- Excess never leads to better things: This is a Zach Bryan quote from “Fear and Fridays (Poem)” and i truly just love the meaning. It represents appreciation for the things that you already have and how having everything doesn’t make your life better. I just really resonate with this line and i would love to represent it on my body.

- Peace: My favorite Taylor Swift song is “Peace” it’s actually one of my favorite songs of all time. I truly adore this song and the meaning behind it. Bonus points because Folklore is my favorite album overall.

- Born sick: A line from a Hozier song (i like music can you tell?) The song represents the LGBTQ+ community which i am a part of and i want a way to represent that without it being super obvious what it’s about. Plus i love Hozier.

- Made of memories: My favorite quote from the book “The Song of Achilles” which is one of my favorite books. The line in the book is so impactful and I love it so much.

- Book stack: This one has a less direct meaning. I love reading and i want books represented on my body and i just really like the concept of a stack of books with the book contents sort of spilling out, showing other worlds that can be found within books.

- Fairy: I just like fairy’s and i thought this looked cool. No true meaning behind it

- Moon fairy: Same as the other fairy I just like them and like the way they look, I also really like the moon and have a connection with it so this one also represents that.
