IMPT POINTS TO NOTE‼️🚨:

1. Bring CASH as they only accept Touch 'n Go for online payment.

2. Plan a simpler design with fewer round edges and details.

3. Utilize the full 2 hours given to you and ask the staff to complete the rest if you're unable to finish to avoid exhaustion from tufting. This way, you can leave to do other activities instead of being stuck there.

Procedure:

1. Choose ur package

2. Sit one side to choose ur own design (source for ideas on Pinterest/lemon8/tiktok and the staff will ask u to edit and horizontally flip it! (As u'll be tufting the design from the back of the board)

3. When its ur turn, u have to connect to their wifi and go ur album to mirror screen ur design onto the board

4. Outline ur design with marker

5. Safety briefing

6. Practise tufting on small shapes on ur own. Staff will be the to guide u

7. When ure ready, u can start tufting ur design!

My experience:

I experienced a headache and backache after the 3-hr tufting session, even though we chose the smallest size of 40x40cm.

We struggled with filling up the hole, and taking turns to do our tufting took a long time. Each of us technically only had 1.5 hrs to do our work. The staff was kind enough to let us extend by 1 hr to complete our work.

We chose the 30x30cm package for 2 hrs at a cost of 198rm for 2 pax. I noticed that others who chose the 50x50cm package had individual boards to tuft and the full 3 hours to themselves. For this package, it's 3 hours but 199rm per person, and they managed to finish their bigger designs despite arriving after us.

The staff we engaged with wasn't very pleasant to interact with, so observe how they help others and choose the staff to call wisely.

Conclusion:

You can decide which package suits you better in terms of time ⏰ or saving money.💰
