🤍 My Story: I started my weigh loss journey kind of not wanting to society and the people around me bullied me into being skinny or losing weight. I never had a problem with how I looked I was healthy just over weight. I started losing weight for all the wrong reasons which lead me to have lost of issues with food later down the line. Now that I’ve aged and have been on this journey for so long I’m losing weight for me so I can feel better and do things that I couldn’t do before like run. I feel better as a person and now self care is super important to me.

🤍 How I Felt: It’s good I’m happy I lost weight it’s just I can honestly say I was a lot happier when I was bigger. I now have bad body dysmorphia and have a tough relationship with food.

🤍 My Takeaways: Don’t do something cause it’s what others what do it because you want to. Because you will only become unhappy in what you are doing.
