Seeking Advice for Baby Preparation

I’m having the worst pregnancy brain which is making it hard for me to get a list/ schedule together of things I need to do before baby arrives. I was hoping y’all would give me some advice/personal experience of things you did/wish you did before baby arrived!

So far I’m 14 weeks in and all I’ve done is sign up for a labor and delivery class. I have a registry. I’ve been going to my appointments. All advice is appreciated! Thank you so much.
