Vegetarian Meals

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. In large bowl, mix cornbread mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk. Pour in 9x13 pan, cook for 20 minutes. In skillet cook impossible meat, add can sloppy joe mix. Spread mix over cornbread once done baking. Add shredded cheese on top if desired.
