Any Cruise Line Recommendations?

My bf and I went on a Disney cruise last year. As something of a OCD person, he was concerned about the hygiene aboard the ship beforehand but was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything seemed when we were aboard.

I am thinking about booking a cruise for our honeymoon and would like to consider other cruise lines but do not know if the Disney level of cleanliness is standard or if he will be disappointed by another cruise line.

People who have sailed with various cruise lines - which ones did you find to be the most sanitized / hygienic?

Also, I have only been on a Disney cruise, which I hear has a particularly high crew to passenger ratio. How is the service on other cruise lines, relatively speaking? Are we likely to be disappointed?
