🇲🇾 So far the Best Crunchy Waffles in Cheras 🧇

🔎 Dè Pine, Taman Cheras

They are a dessert shop located in Yulek, Cheras and have been there for some time. They are situated on the ground floor of the floor. They are located behind Ebony & Ivory cafe and their same row has a steamboat restaurant. Hence, it will be slightly difficult to find parking during peak hours. You may park your car in front of the cafe and it is free of charge.

The cafe is not big but it is cozy. Their best seller is waffles but they do sell cakes, croffles, main dishes, and special drinks. The price is reasonable, it is a great spot to catch up with friends as the environment there is not too noisy.

We ordered:

📌 Norway Pine - Their waffles are the crunchy type regardless of flavours. The size of the waffle is perfect for two people as it is not too big. We picked this flavour as we saw it comes with their homemade earl grey ice cream cube. Yes, it has a strong aroma and the sweetness is just right! However, a little disappointing is that the ice cream is quite hard when served. It requires some time before it starts to melt.

📌 Hojicha Dalgona - They have a dalgona series and we picked hojicha. Not sure which hojicha powder they use, but the presentation of the drink is pretty and has a honeycomb inside. Their service crew will pour the hojicha in front of you. We think it will be better if the hojicha tastes more intense.

Next time would love to try their watermelon cake and some main dishes as we saw a few tables ordered that and it looks tempting 😋
