🇲🇾 Hearty Japanese Inspired Food in PJ 🍱

📍Mei By Fat Spoon, The Hub SS2

They are located in The Hub, next door to Flakes. They are Japanese inspired cuisine cafe. They have rice bowls, pasta, snacks, cakes and so on. I tried their matcha cake during my first visit and it's quite good.

My friend and I arrived at noon on Saturday. Although there was no queue, the restaurant is occupied by customers. You can make a reservation by phone call. There have indoor and outdoor seats, we saw a few groups of customers sitting outside with their dogs.

We ordered (The price is attached in the pictures): 📌 Big Lemon Grass Chicken Poppers - The chicken is crispy and not too greasy. Although the flavour of lemon grass is not too intense, it is delicious with the sauce.

📌 Torched Mentai Omelette Rice - I think the portion of their rice bowl is just right for a girl to eat. Mentai Omelette tastes pretty good. The use Japanese rice, it’s not too hard or too soft.

📌 Mentaiko Spaghetti - My friend said it tasted okay.

📌 Iced Matcha Latte - We ordered less ice and less sweetness. It tastes good, not too strong but just right.
