Thanks to my mom for helping me overcome my fear

Mental health should be a priority around the world were I live in California los Angeles to be exact my school had received a threat about a school shooting this isn’t the first time I have experienced this. The first time this happened we actually went on lockdown it was every scary for me because it was the first time I have ever experienced something like this.Along with the feeling of the unknown and I was dressing for pe and I went out and my friend told me we were on lockdown and everyone was hiding and some people got really scared . For my second experience I was at lunch one day and my friend told me that some kid said that there might be a school shooing in a few days I was in class worried about my cousin that go to school in pomdale they also got the threat.Now at my school police had to come and watch are school while were in class worried about are safety.This was every scary situation how are we supposed to go to school and not worry about something happening may kids at my school were scared and did not go to school the next day because of the threat . This is concerning many parents, teachers, and kids what is the district doing about this ?. I feel like this should be shared with many people if had an experience like this feel free to share.❤️🌍

Kids around the world should not have e to experience this ever we should not have to be scared going to school we should feel safe going to school and learning…we are the future
