Recipe 13: Potato Salad

How to make:

1. Peel off potatoes skin and cut the potatoes into cubes.

2. Boil enough water in a pot.

3. Put potatoes in the pot and cook until potatoes are soft.

4. In a bowl, mix thinly-sliced spring onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper seasoning.

5. Drain off cooked potatoes and wash with cold water.

6. Add potatoes into the bowl with mixed ingredients and mix everything together.

7. Now potato salad is done, just put it in the fridge for a while to serve it cold!
