Dutch Oven Bread

In a large bowl mix

3 cups flour

2 tsp instant yeast

2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups warm tap water

Mix together (don’t over mix)

Cover and let rise for 2 hours

Preheat Dutch oven in oven set to 400 degrees

Scrape dough onto floured surface

Fold in all the way around to form a ball

Place on parchment paper and put in heated Dutch oven (carefully m, it’s hot)

Bake 20 minutes covered and then 10 minutes uncovered
