Monday Cookie Craving!

I love cookies, so I’m glad I had this new recipe to try 🍪

Chewy Butterscotch Cookies **

14 tablespoon unsalted butter

½ teaspoon coffee grounds

½ cup + 2 tbsp light brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

1 whole egg room temperature

1 large egg yolk room temperature

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup butterscotch chips

¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

350 for 9-10 mins
