luteal phase recipes 👇🏻
tart cherry chia pudding:
1 & 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla
+ together & set aside for 10 mins
Cherry mix:
1 cup cherries
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp walnuts
1 lime
Honey
+ cherries, juice of 1/2 lime & cinnamon & fridge for an hour
+ a layer of cherries into bottom of jar & top with chia mixture
Burger bowls:
1 lb ground beef
Lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
Mozzarella
Pickles
Salt, pepper, onion & garlic salt
Cook beef in a pan over medium-high heat for 7 mins or until cooked through, season with salt, pepper, garlic & onion salt. Add to a bowl with whatever toppings you’d like & enjoy!

EVOO or coconut oil
Carrots
Sea salt
ACV
