4 apps for ADHD that I like to use

Here are some apps that I actually like to use that help me with my ADHD.

- Orderly

This helps me automatically track and remind you to return your orders to amazon, Walmart, target, and reduces my ADHD tax.

- Excalidraw

My personal preference for mapping out ideas and having flowcharts when I am thinking about ideas and brainstorming

- Pomofocus

A pomodoro timer that I use to keep track of tasks that I have to do
