Was everyone's first car a bad car?

My boyfriend's first car was Daewoo Nubira, real shitbox but it was light and nimble for its size and to young, it felt a little sporty. Which led to his next car which was a 97 Honda Prelude, good car but it still had its issues, including a not-so perfect exterior, he ended up selling to young girl and it is her first car.

He now have 2008 350z. Was your first car bad in some way?
