This is a high protein, comforting, sweet favorite in my house 🤩

We love a breakfast that keeps us full and satisfied for hours. But when it also makes me feel like I’m eating warm pudding that my mom made, I’m the happiest version of myself.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup blended oats

• 1.5 cups milk

• 1 scoop protein powder of choice

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla

• optional: collagen for added protein

• optional: 1/4 tsp almond extract for an extra depth of flavor

Directions:

1. In a small sauce pan combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring to remove and clumps.

2. Reduce heat to simmer. Let the porridge thicken while you continue to stir.

3. Once you’ve reached desired consistency, remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl, top with desired toppings, serve!
