In general I think these posts can do more harm than good, because nutrient needs are different person to person and even day to day. Two people could eat the same thing, but they won’t look the same. I’m sharing what I ate on this one day for meal inspiration and to show you this RD is not afraid of processed foods or any particular food groups/ingredients. I don’t eat the same stuff or amount every day. I listen to my what feels best for my body. I do try to make sure my meals are balanced with carbs, protein, fat and fiber. Sometimes they’re not, and I don’t stress about it 💜
