Barn doors in my home 🖤

DIY modern barn door appreciation post! ✨ These doors were my first big DIY woodworking project, and boy were they a doozy. My husband and I built 7 of them last summer in my parent's garage while we were living with them between houses. I'm just glad they didn't disown me.

We love our barn doors because they save space, offer amazing functionality especially in small rooms, and they are very stylish! I love keeping it clean and simple in my home.

We ended up saving a little over $10k by making them ourselves! It was a true test of our marriage and I'm glad to say we came out on the other side. But I sure am glad I learned how to do stuff myself and am able to work alone now. There are a lot less opinions that way
