I LOVE YOGURT!!!
Im always finding new ways to customize my yogurt bowl. This is mine from this morning
๐ Two containers Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (100 cals & 15 g of protein EACH) I used vanilla and mixed berry ๐
๐ฅ One serving of PB2 (13g) - if youโre not familiar with PB2, itโs essentially powdered peanut butter. Mix one serving with 1.5 TBSP of water and you have a lower calorie, alternative to peanut butter! The consistency and taste is pretty similar and one serving is only 60 calories and 6 g of protein
๐ซ I topped my bowl with some blueberries
This bowl keeps me full all morning! Sometimes Iโll even add sugar free whip cream on top
