i love setting goals for each month, so hereโ€™s what i have for november:

๐ŸคŽ mental goals:

๐Ÿ’ get back into a good routine for school

- I was doing really well with staying on top of all of my studying, but october was a very social month for me that caused me to get a little off track. for me thatโ€™s fine because iโ€™ve been prioritizing being more outgoing, but itโ€™s time to get back on track!

๐Ÿ’ if itโ€™s not raining, get outside

- I love my walks but as it gets colder and colder I might lose motivation to go on them. I can always bundle up though!

๐Ÿ’ talk to more strangers

- this goes along with being more outgoing, iโ€™ve been very โ€œin my own bubbleโ€ for the last few years. so iโ€™m enjoying meeting new people right now and being in social situations that are out of my comfort zone!

๐Ÿ’ stop taking things personally

- something iโ€™ve learned the hard way since putting myself out there more ๐Ÿฅฒ a lot of times nothing is personal and youโ€™re only hurting yourself by thinking that way!

๐Ÿ’ read 1 book

- with my workload picking up, I havenโ€™t had as much time for reading. my goal is to finish at least one book this month

๐Ÿ’ lower screen time

- I think everyone can relate to this one lol

๐Ÿ’ wake up 1 hour earlier

- staying out later at night on the weekends has messed with my sleep schedule a lot and iโ€™ve been struggling to regulate it again. making it a goal this month to hold myself to it!

๐ŸคŽ physical goals:

๐Ÿ’ 1 five mile walk per week

- as the weather changes I know I will have to sacrifice but still want to hold myself accountable to make time for at least one!

๐Ÿ’ lift weights 2x per week

- I havenโ€™t been prioritizing weight lifting as much and iโ€™ve noticed a decrease in my strength, time to get back into it!

๐Ÿ’ increase flexibility

- I cheered throughout high school and college and can definitely tell iโ€™m not as flexible as before. stretching feels so good and itโ€™s so good for your muscles!

๐Ÿ’ minimum 5k steps per day

- on cold rainy days I can definitely be a couch potato, so on those days I will have to make an effort to walk more or hop on the treadmill

๐Ÿ’ drink more water

- something else iโ€™ve let slip since the warmer months, I drink a lot less water now than I did over the summer
