📔 journaling: you can keep it super short, and just write 3 things you’re grateful for each morning. this puts you in a positive headspace as soon as you wake up and gets your day started on the right foot! as you get into the habit, you can start writing more and more.

🪥tongue scraper: this takes about 1 minute and makes such a huge difference in your oral hygiene! the better you feel, the more it will motivate you. a tongue scraper removes bacteria on the tongue that brushing often misses, and can even improve your tastebuds.

🥤big water bottle: it doesn’t have to be fancy, but i’ve noticed the bigger my water bottle, the more I drink! i often forget to refill a small bottle water bottle, so when it’s huge I have to do it less. This stanley is 40oz and I aim to drink 3 a day.

🧼 dry brushing: this is great for exfoliation and lymphatic drainage. I like to do it about 3x per week! when dry brushing, you always want to brush towards your heart to assist your lymphatic system. this improves circulation and gets rid of dead skin!
