📍Baxter Gardens

Me and Nathan spent this morning exploring Baxter Gardens in Knoxville, Tennessee. The gardens are privately owned, but open to the public each year in April for viewing.

There are 15 different sections of the gardens to explore including a butterfly garden, an azalea garden, and an Iris garden. There are many other features as well including many fountains, ponds, and other water features.

There are also touches of greek mythology around the grounds including the Circle of Thought: statues of famous thinkers and writers from ancient Greece and Rome, the Renaissance, the American Revolution, and modern times.

It was a morning well spent! 🌸
