My Toxic Trait

At the end of the day no one is perfect and it’s important that we as individuals are self aware that we are also not always perfect.

My toxic trait is disassociating and struggling with small talk. My attention span is actually pretty long however if I’m not hooked or grabbed in the situation then I will tune out. It truly isn’t something I love and it frustrates me every time I do it. However I remember it’s important for me to listen regardless of my own personal interest.

Listening is definitely a trait I need to grow in, and I surround myself with people who are excellent listeners so I can learn and adapt. You are who you hang out with.
