My Review on Crescent City: Book 1

How I found this book:

This book honestly popped up as an ad for me, and after reading the summary it seemed interesting enough to start. I wasn’t too familiar with SJM and her several famous book series. However I’m glad this book crossed my path! I plan to finish the crescent city series and then go read the other two series in SJMs catalog.

My review:

If romance folklore met crime solving with a hint of royal family drama this book is exactly how it would look lol. This book is for you. It takes place in Crescent city during a civil war era and high political controversy. All it took was one murder to unveil the secrets lurking within each characters past. Also prepare to very frustrated with two loving characters… very frustrated. I rate this book
