You can start over anytime in life as long as you are willing to change.

Day 1: I began reading “The Concise Laws of Human Nature” today and may I just say… this book is reading me for filth lol. I felt like the book read me more than I read it sadly.

However character development is not easy, you have to consistently look in the mirror and reevaluate who you are. Based off your past mistakes, your present actions, and your future opportunities.

Chapter 1: Mastering self emotions

- I’ve discovered through hard reflection that I could learn to be more patient and rational with me actions. My irrational words have gotten better though.

Chapter 2: Transform self love to empathy

- I’ve discovered that everyone is a little narcissistic. However how can I as an individual move be more empathetic? What can I do to understand others actions/words and not internalize them to negatively impact my self esteem?
