Since finding out I’m pre-diabetic, I’ve been trying out different ways to stay healthy and balance my blood sugar levels—and I’m loving the journey so far! One of my latest obsessions is overnight breakfast oats. 🙌 These oats are not only easy to make but also come in so many delicious flavors. Whether I’m craving something fruity, nutty, or a bit of both, they’ve been the perfect start to my day.
