scooped this cute denim top at a random yard sale i was walking by on my way to the farmers market and was excited to style her! i loved the detailing specifically on the shoulders and the back is a lace-up corset-style. i immediately knew i wanted to pair this with my white maxi skirt! it felt a little bland with just the skirt, so i added a thrifted thick brown belt and cowboy boots to tie it together.

typically when styling, i like to add an element that doesn’t quite fit the vibe or balanced out the look. since i likes the fit as it is, i decided a slicked back bun would elevate the look! typically i am pairing a slicked back bun with a more tailored, elevated look, so the juxtaposition here worked well!
