Occasion & Servings: quick snack or lunch

Ingredients:

-Flour Tortillas

-Cheese

-Pizza Sauce

-Italian Seasoning(not a must)

-Pepperoni

Detailed Steps:

1. Heat up your Flour Tortillas (2) a bit

2. Remove tortillas from heat and place on plate add Pizza Sauce and spread it.

3. Sprinkle some Italian Seasoning to your liking

4. Add Pepperoni & Cheese

5. Slide prepared Flour Tortilla onto Comal/pan and place your second Flour Tortilla on top.

6. Let Cheese melt before enjoying!

Additional tips/notes:

• I enjoy a crunchy quesapizza so I put the flame on the lowest setting

• I also put a little cheese on top of the prepared tortilla before adding the one on top so they can stick together!
