Situated at the 66th floor - I recommend you make reservation or you may also walk in if you like during weekdays. The high tea hours are only from 3 pm - 5 pm. They also have a policy that hired professional photographers are not allowed??? You’d actually take amazing pics even with your phone 😮‍💨
