🧄 Simple & Delicious Garlic Knots🧄

INGREDIENTS:

- [ ] 2.5 cups AP Flour

- [ ] 2 tsp instant yeast

- [ ] 2 tsp sugar

- [ ] 1 tsp salt

- [ ] 1 tbsp garlic powder

- [ ] 1 cup warm water

- [ ] 1/4 cups olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

- [ ] Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and garlic powder into your mixer bowl

- [ ] Add In water slowly

- [ ] Add oil in slowly

- [ ] Let mixer Knead into soft ball (it should feel like velvet when it’s done, if not add more flour and/or oil )

- [ ] Oil a separate bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 1 hour at room temperature or in the oven with the light on.

- [ ] Manipulate the dough to create your knots

- [ ] Bake on parchment paper at 425 for 13 minutes, they will still look really light when you take them out but they are done.

You can either eat them like this or roll them in garlic butter.
