Is renting your clothes worth it?

SHORT ANSWER: I think yes! Long answer below👇🏼

🙋🏼‍♀️ How do you rent your clothes:

There are a few different companies that you can rent your clothes from! Rent the Runway is a more popular brand, but they carry more formal clothing. Another super popular brand is Nuuly which URBN owns. But the brand I use is FashionPass because their plan system is better for me.

👍Pros:

- New outfits for every occasion

- Decreases my shopping habit

- Helps give clothes a longer lifespan

- Getting to try a lot of new clothes and see how they fit you before potentially buying them

🤔Cons:

- Some plans can be expensive! Some of the cheaper plans or around $90 a month

- You don’t get to keep any of your clothes

- Sometimes, the item you want for your event is out of stock

- When you can’t get your clothes before your event (aka shipping problems)

💰Price ranges:

A lot of the plans that I’ve looked at start between $70 and $90, but I’ve seen them go up to $150-$200 a month 🤯

💭 Final thoughts:

I’m always photographing myself for social media and attending different events, so I love renting my clothes. That way, I can always have something new and not feel forced to buy new things for every occasion.
