I brought my A1C down from a 5.6 to a 5.0 here’s how I did it:
I lost weight, yes I know that’s obviously something you need to do however I still ate what I wanted
I focused on my eating habits, instead of soda I drink prebiotic sodas and I make sure I get my fiber intake in. Fiber is a huge part of weightloss not only for losing weight but for your digestive system and gut health.
I started drinking kefir, it’s a probiotic yogurt and I’ve felt great while drinking it
I stopped eating out so much. Fast food isn’t good for you we all know that but sometimes you just need that little greasy thing. 😂
I don’t work out much but I do have a job where I’m on my feet all of the time so I get my steps in.
Probiotic sodas and fiber are definitely what helped me the most
