Hey friends! I’m Lauren, I’m 30 flirty and thriving, and here’s a little bit more about me:

- I am married to Andrew (for almost 7 years), and we are expecting our first baby in October!

- I am a barista by day, and a songwriter/performer by night! Both coffee & music are huge passions of mine!

- I started my sustainability journey over a year ago, and while I still feel like a newbie, I have loved switching over to sustainable products and practices.

- With that said, I also LOVE thrifting! Some of my favorite outfits are ones I have thrifted over the last few years.

- I have been gluten & dairy free for over 3 years, and I feel SO much better for it. My family has a health history with both, so I gave it a try for a month, and the benefits were undeniable!

- I am a lover of all things Disney! We just planned a Disney World themed birthday party for my sister a week ago, and we were able to make every snack dupe GF/DF!

- I am a HUGE Swiftie!!! Getting to see the Eras Tour in July (which will be my first time seeing her live) 😭❤️

- I have two animal babies: Watson (corgi - almost 5yo) and Rylee (golden retriever - 5mo). They are my world!

- I am SUPER intrigued by color seasons, kibbe/Kitchener body types/essences, and I am still trying to figure out some of that! (I believe I’m a warm season, and in the natural kibbe family to some degree!)

- I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago as an adult!

- I am a midsized woman who is trying to love my body in every way (including pregnancy!)
