I am loving overnight oats to bring to work in the morning!! Holds me over until lunch time and absolutely delicious!
What you鈥檒l need馃洅:
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup almond milk (if you prefer another type of milk by all means go for it)
-spoonful of yogurt, I use Greek Vanilla from Aldi (I don鈥檛 measure this, I normally just get a good spoonful and call it good)
-about a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey (I used maple syrup in this, and I honestly just drizzle it in there and measure with my heart)
-1/4 cup apples (or more depending on how much you like)
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon of vanilla (I measure with my heart and just do a little dash of this)
-1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
-Tupperware, container, or mason jar to put your overnight oats in
Let鈥檚 put it together:
-Put 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, spoonful of yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup OR honey, and mix in a bowl, mason jar, container, Tupperware, whatever you want to put your overnight oats in
-If you want to mix in your apples you can, I normally just place the apples on top & you can top with some cinnamon, maple syrup, honey, or just leave it as is. I sprinkled on some more cinnamon on top of the apples
-Store in refrigerator overnight and it鈥檚 good to go when you wake up :)
