Damaging Hairstyles 💌

When I shared this on tiktok, a lot of people were saying "what styles are we supposed to do then?" I'll post a curlygraphic with hairstyle ideas after this one. However, I am not at all saying to stop doing these styles! Point is that wash n gos can be damaging for many people because they aren't gentle enough when detanglinf and styling.

Tight styles when done too often also contribute to receding hairlines, hair loss, tension/traction alopecia, bald spots, and more!

So overall point is to be more gentle when styling and not do tight styles too often.
