I'm a dietitian and I don't like meal plans. in my opinion, they lack variety, and it is easy to get burned out really quickly. I've developed this plan for my husband and I to help us eat healthy. Each dinner has to have a protein, and carbohydrate serving and non-starchy vegetables. It provides the variety I need and the structure we both need.
I also enjoy recipes that take as little time as possible to make since we get home around 5 pm, and I personally can not eat past 7 pm.
Lunch the next day will be leftovers, so there is as little food waste as possible!
