VIRAL Joe & the Juice Tunacado Sandwich!!

When I saw this sandwich going viral, I just knew I had to try. I’m a pescatarian so I’m always trying to switch up my meals for my bf and I!

Although I didn’t follow the recipe to a tea,

I’m gonna give you the ingredients I used!

INGREDIENTS:

- ciabatta bread, Trader Joe’s has small rolls that are perf

- 2 cans of albacore white tuna

- chopped celery

- chopped red onion

- mayonnaise

- salt/pepper

- pesto spread or avocado

- diced tomatoes

- 1 lemon squeezed

RECIPE:

- Mince the celery and avocado and throw in a bowl

- Dice tomatoes and add to the mix

- Drain and add tuna

- add 3 tablespoons of mayo

- squeeze lemon

- add l salt and pepper

I put the roll in the toaster to get it a lil crispy and then added pesto on one half and the tuna spread to the other! This sandwich is not only delicious but approved by my carnivore boyfriend so much that he ate TWO!!
