Zero sugar, gluten or dairy dessert

My family is obsessed with these. A staple and I can whip them up on a whim.

2 tablespoons coconut oil

3 tablespoons honey

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup mini sugar free chocolate chips

Stir coconut oil and honey in bowl.

Add egg and vanilla.

Add in other dry ingredients, then chocolate chips last.

Spoonful into a ball on cookie sheet and press a little to flatten. Bake 8-9 min at 375.
