Sunflower Field of my Dreams 🌻

If you’re looking for the perfect end of summer activity to do with friends, I recommend planning a picnic at Dorothea Dix Park to see NC’s famous sunflower field

Here’s some info about the field 👇

The park free to visit, and is open Monday through Sunday, sun up to sun down. Check the website before going to see if the sunflowers are still in bloom. Be sure to stay on the path to avoid trampling flowers, and I’d recommend bringing outdoor essentials like sunscreen & bug spray. Please note that picking the flowers is not allowed, but be sure to spend some time enjoying the view and take some pics for a free souvenir!
