I’ve been eating this salad pretty much every day bc it is sooo yummy and satisfying. This salad has a lot of healthy fats and leafy greens which support your hormones, ladies 🫶🏻 I like to eat it with my fav dressing, and usually during my follicular/ovulation phases, but it’s good to have at any time in your cycle!
