These loaded sweet potato fries 🍟 is a perfect week day meal! Easy to make and delicious🔥
Ingredients:
-Onion
-1/2 red and green peppers
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp of garlic powder
-1 tsp of cayenne pepper
-150g sweet potato fries
-1 lb of ground turkey
-1 tsp taco seasoning
1. Cook the onion then add 1/2 of red & green peppers. Then add salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
2. Add a small amount of water and cover until the water dissolves. Then put it in a bowl.
3. Air fry the sweet potato fries at 380 for 12-15 minutes.
4. In a pan, put the ground turkey and add taco seasoning then cook.
5. In a container assemble by adding 150g of sweet potato, red & green peppers, 5 oz of ground turkey, and 1/4 cup of dairy free cheese. Enjoy!
