Ingredients
•1 pound ground beef
•1 small onion finely chopped
•1 box (6 oz) of Savory Stuffing Mix
•2 eggs beaten
•1 cup of water
•1-2 tablespoons of oil for skillet
For Gravy
•1 Jar (12 oz) of beef gravy
•1/2 cup of sour cream
•Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil lined pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl mix beef, onion,stuffing, eggs, and water until well combined. Scoop into about 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
3. Heat skillet with oil on medium high. Brown meatballs on all sides.
4. Transfer meatballs to foil lined pan and bake for 20 mins or until no longer pink in the middle.
5. Mix gravy, sour cream, and salt and pepper to a large saucepan.
6. Add meatballs to saucepan and cook on low for 5-10 minutes or until gravy mixture is warmed.
7. Sever over noodles or mashed potatoes
