Birth Control… let’s chat

I recently got the arm implant for birth control. NGL I do think it’s made me gain some weight or at least retain water weight? Also, I’ve been having my period about 2 a month🙄🙄🙄 I’m not sure if I’ve been feeling sluggish because of the weight & periods or if this is another effect of the Nexplonon (implant). Any birth control recommendations? Any positive stories out there? What birth control has the least effects for you?
