〰️⁣   Cleanse: use amino acid based cleansers (lmk if you need recommendations!)⁣⁣

〰️⁣   Tone: wet cotton pads with Avene Thermal Spring Water. preferably thin ones like unicharm ½ wrapped cotton pads so you don’t waste product. the minerals will help reduce inflammation and calm itchiness. then, layer your hydrating toner 3 times (make sure the toner you use is suitable for layering)⁣⁣.

〰️⁣   Moisturize: i always have a backup of Axisy Cera-Heart Duo Cream. it’s packed with barrier-replenishing & calming ingredients like ceramides, heartleaf, and centella asiatica. for extremely dry skin, mix in 3-4 drops of hyaluronic acid.⁣⁣

〰️⁣   Relax: just remember to relax so stress won’t weaken your immune system and delay the reset process. if it’s not something you can control, try taking CBD supplements or drinking lavender herbal tea. it usually takes my skin around a week to get back to normal (no redness & bumps). but if you don’t see improvements, make sure to head to a dermatologist!⁣⁣

Focus on gentle cleansing and moisturizing, no exfoliating, less is more! Avoid products with fragrance, essential oils, solvent alcohols, and active acids. Use soothing & calming products and those with barrier-repair are a plus!⁣⁣
