Smothered Pork Chops

This tasted so good. Savory, full of flavor and is a traditional southern food🤧

Ingredients:

Thick Cut Bone in Pork Chops (More time to fry than thinner cuts)

Vinegar to Tenderize

Flour for frying

Onion

Minced Garlic

Chicken Broth

Cream of Chicken

Pork Gravy Mix

Onion Gravy Mix

Season Meat with: (Or of your choice)

Salt

Smoked Paprika

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Cayenne Pepper

Thyme

Fry, flipping every few minutes. Remove from Heat and Sauté Onions and Garlic in Olive oil(or of your choice) add Chicken Broth, Cream of Chicken and Gravy mixes and stir until combined. Let simmer and add pork chops back into pan.

Feel free to add additional spices and seasonings to adjust taste.

I put mine in the oven afterwards to simmer for a while. Serve with Mashed potatoes or Rice don’t forget your veggies too:)
