Secrets to lowering wedding costs

Planning a wedding is expensive! Here are a few things I've done which have saved me money and haven't sacrificed the quality of my event!

Buy your wedding hairpiece online - bridal salons charge upwards of $100 per hairpiece, but you can find ones that are just as beautiful and high quality on Amazon for around $20!

Canva Wedding Invitations - Did you know that Canva has hundreds of free save the date, wedding invitation, and RSVP templates? And if you're feeling a bit creative, you can also design your own stationary! They also have a feature which allows you to order prints of your cards and invitations directly through Canva. I designed & ordered my invitations this way, and the final price came out to $50 for 50 invitation cards & envelopes. The downside is that the envelopes will be plain white, but these are by far the most affordable and customizable invitation option I found!

Pick an all-inclusive venue - I found that if you pick and choose your own independent vendors, there are so many little costs that add up, making the overall event more expensive.
